During holiday seasons, delivery times may increase due to higher workload at customs and postal services.
PARCEL TRACKING
After your order is placed, shipment preparation usually takes 5–8 business days.
Once the parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor the delivery progress online.
Orders shipped to the USA and Germany are sent using a separate logistics route.
Due to this shipping scheme, the tracking number for these destinations usually becomes available approximately 2–3 weeks after the order is placed.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance speed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or other factors beyond our control.
CUSTOM DUTIES
Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are determined by the destination country and may vary depending on local regulations.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged upon arrival are the responsibility of the recipient.
While many of our international shipments are delivered without additional charges based on our previous shipping experience, we cannot guarantee that customs fees will not be applied in a particular country or case.
Based on feedback from our customers, shipments to the United Kingdom, Belgium, and Spain have a higher likelihood of being subject to customs duties or import charges. In such cases, the additional charge is typically around €30–€40, although the final amount depends on the assessment made by local customs authorities.

RETURN POLICY
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours after purchase.
When canceling an order that has already been sent, you will need to compensate for the shipping costs.
All items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
