DELIVERY TIME
This is the average delivery time, and the parcel may be delivered faster or slower than the specified time.
Delivery time depends on the seasonal workload of the postal service and customs clearance processes.

Delivery times may increase during the holiday season when customs and postal services are busy.
PARCEL TRACKING
We ship via postal service.
The first stage of delivery is from our warehouse in Georgia to the international shipping warehouse.
The second stage involves delivery from the international shipping warehouse to your location.
We will provide you with a tracking link for the second stage of delivery.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
CUSTOM DUTIES
There are no customs duties on our parcel.
The exception is the UK and Belgium, there have been cases when a parcel with a dress form was subject to customs duty of up to 40$.

RETURN POLICY
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours after purchase.
When canceling an order that has already been sent, you will need to compensate for the shipping costs.
All items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
