Import/customs fees are never included in the price. Please check with your local post office for details of additional fees before placing an order.

RETURN POLICY

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS:

 

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours after purchase. A non-refundable PayPal service fee of 5,5% will be deducted from the originally paid amount. Orders cannot be cancelled if they have already been allocated at the warehouse or shipped.

 

RETURN POLICY:

All items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Also, a non-refundable PayPal service fee of 5,5% will be deducted from the originally paid amount. To complete your return, please contact us using our Contact Us form.

 

REFUNDS:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

 

SALE ITEMS:

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
