IMPORTANT NOTICE — SHIPPING TO THE USA 🇺🇸
Starting January 1, 2026, we have temporarily introduced paid shipping for orders shipped to the United States.
This change is due to the new U.S. tariff and postal pricing policy, which has significantly increased international shipping costs.
We consider this measure temporary and are actively working on optimizing our logistics scheme.
Our goal is to restore free shipping to the USA once a more stable and cost-effective solution becomes available, which we expect within the next few months.

Please note that we do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
DELIVERY TIME
The delivery times listed below are average estimates. Your parcel may arrive earlier or later than the stated timeframe.
Delivery speed depends on seasonal postal workload and customs clearance procedures.

During holiday seasons, delivery times may increase due to higher workload at customs and postal services.
PARCEL TRACKING
After your order is placed, shipment preparation usually takes 5–8 business days.
Once the parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor the delivery progress online.
Orders shipped to the USA and Germany are sent using a separate logistics route.
Due to this shipping scheme, the tracking number for these destinations usually becomes available approximately 2–3 weeks after the order is placed.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance speed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or other factors beyond our control.
CUSTOM DUTIES
In the vast majority of countries worldwide, our parcels are delivered without any customs duties or additional import charges.
Based on our shipping experience, customs fees are typically not applied upon delivery.
Exception – United Kingdom:
For shipments to the UK, a customs charge may occasionally be applied. In some cases, this fee is approximately £30–£40, depending on the final assessment by UK customs authorities.
Please note that customs regulations are determined by the destination country, and any potential import charges are assessed by local authorities upon arrival. If customs duties or import fees are charged, they are the responsibility of the recipient.

RETURN POLICY
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours after purchase.
When canceling an order that has already been sent, you will need to compensate for the shipping costs.
All items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
